Kenya: FAO sees signs of hope in East Africa as control campaign tames locust upsurge

There is cautious optimism that the upsurge is winding down, especially if poor rainfall limits spring breeding and then equally poor rains occur during the summer in northeast Ethiopia and Somalia.
