Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has been shortlisted in two categories for the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers North America 2025 awards for its commitment to innovation in the legal industry. Winners will be announced at the FT awards ceremony on December 8 at Gotham Hall in New York City.

The firm has been named a finalist in the Innovation in Training & Development category for empowering the next generation of AI-literate lawyers. In addition, Director of Practice Innovation Carolyn Austin has been shortlisted in the Legal Intrapreneurs category for her work embedding innovation firmwide.
