Ravin has more than 25 years of diverse corporate experience including education, insurance, financial services and palm oil. He holds a law degree from University of London, a postgraduate diploma in human resource management and an MBA from University of Newcastle, Australia.
Since 2012, Ravin joined RSPO as complaints manager of RSPO and was instrumental in setting up the Complaints System of RSPO. In conflict resolution, he played important role in initial assessment of a land conflict in Papua, Indonesia and represented the RSPO Dispute Settlement Facility in major land conflict cases in Indonesia and Malaysia. Currently, he is appointed as grievance manager of Musim Mas and part of team that establish a transparent and accountable grievance system as part of the sustainability commitment.
