Global law firm K&L Gates LLP advised Feldera, Inc., a real-time data processing and analytics company, in connection with its US$15.4 million Series A preferred stock financing.

The financing round was led by Innovia Venture Fund and included participation from Battery Ventures and Costanoa Ventures. The proceeds will support Feldera’s continued growth and development of its platform, which enables organizations to process and analyze large-scale streaming and batch data in real time.

The Seattle-based team was led by partner Gary Kocher and included partner Francisco Olmedo and associates Doug Logan and Kali Peeples.
