K&L Gates Advises First Sentier Investors on Launch of Third ETF Product
22 Mei 2026Global law firm K&L Gates has advised global asset manager First Sentier Investors on the launch of its third exchange-traded fund (ETF) product, First Sentier Active Cash Fund Active ETF, on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
First Sentier Investors is part of First Sentier Group which as of 31 March 2026 had assets under management (AUM) of AU$190.7 billion, inclusive of affiliate investment teams and 100% AlbaCore Capital Group AUM. This third ETF product, managed by First Sentier Investors, offers investors exposure to actively managed cash and money market securities, broadening access to institutional grade cash management capabilities that were previously less accessible to retail investors.
Units in First Sentier Active Cash Fund Active ETF commenced trading on the ASX on 7 May under the ticker symbol “FSCF”.
The K&L Gates team was led by Sydney-based, Asset Management and Investment Funds partners Matthew Watts and Lisa Lautier, with the assistance of Tax partner Stuart Broadfoot.
