Global law firm K&L Gates LLP advised Haelan Capital Partners LLC in its acquisition of NuView Health, a technology-enabled virtual care provider serving hospital systems and provider groups. The transaction represents the first investment for Haelan Capital, a private equity firm focused on healthcare services businesses operating at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Haelan Capital announced its launch concurrently with the investment in NuView Health.

Headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, NuView Health provides hospitals and provider groups with on-demand access to board-certified physicians across multiple specialties, including critical care, neurology, stroke, and infectious disease. Through its hybrid virtual and on-site care model, the company helps expand access to specialty care and support healthcare providers nationwide.
