UNICEF brings 10 million doses of polio vaccine to Sudan

On 8 August, vaccine-derived poliovirus type 2 (cVDPV2) was confirmed in country. The only way to stop the outbreak spreading further is to vaccinate every 8.6 million children under the age of five.
